First we agree on the workshop dates and city.
-
Then I put the workshop information on my web site and I have the
FOL Office put the workshop on their web site as well.
-
We determine a specific location for the workshop with room for
10 to 20 people and a TV (preferably large), a VCR, dry erase board,
stereo or boom box for cds and cassettes.
-
The workshop can be done in a private home or any room which accommodates
the number of people anticipated. If it is other than a home it is
nice if the room has a warm friendly feel to it.
-
I usually stay with the coordinator or one of the other participants
depending on available room.
-
I can make up brochures with dates and location on them and send
them to you for distribution if you feel this will be helpful.
-
I can send you an email template with the same information on it
so you can send it to friends via email.
-
You can also post brochures at local, health food stores, metaphysical
stores or other locations where people have bulletin boards.
-
You and I will be the two points of contact for people signing up
and getting information so it is important for us to stay in contact
as people sign up so we both have the same information. My phone:
970-264-9071. My E-mail: nlmac33@yahoo.com.
-
You can make up a single map or directions to the workshop location
and send it to people as they request it.
-
Deposits are usually sent to me directly, unless the workshop is
out of the US. My address is 473 Easy Street, Pagosa Springs, Colorado,
81147. The deposit is $111. The total
cost is $222.
-
An optional thing you can do to encourage registration is have gatherings
and share a video which I can provide. It is your enthusiasm that
will have the greatest influence on people choosing to sign up.
-
Three weeks before the workshop I purchase airline tickets if I
am flying. I require a minimum of 10 people paying full price for
me to fly to a workshop location.
